The Challenge
Due to their harsh environment and strong acidic chemicals, Hazeldene’s had worn out two machines in a couple of years, and their service and repair bills were continuing to climb to the point where Conquest had begun to notice. Conquest suggested a meeting with the team at Hazeldene’s to provide a better solution.
The Solution
Conquest met with Hazeldene’s suggesting to them that all the money they were spending on repairs and maintenance should be better spent on a new, more robust machine that would handle the tough conditions and deliver the hygiene standards that they require.
The Results
The Conquest GTX Floor Scrubber was the answer. The GTX was customised with the addition of a stainless steel scrub deck and undercarriage to combat the harsh environment. By signing up to a fully maintained service agreement Hazeldene’s were able to save money and down time with periodic services and breakdowns all included in the package.
