The team at Conquest have celebrated a special milestone recently for Joel Pederick recently with a special morning tea in honour of his 5 years of continuous employment at Conquest Equipment Technologies.
Joel began at Conquest in 2013, heading straight from exams to the Service department where he worked scheduling repairs for our range of floor cleaning machine and assisting in parts dispatch.
In August 2014 Joel found his true calling, transitioning into the Sales team as Internal Sales and Sales Support. However, it didn’t take long for Joel to soon be out on the road, becoming the Business Development Manager for Victoria in June 2015.
Joel takes great pride in providing the right floor cleaning solutions for customers and enjoys establishing new customer relationships and playing his role in the company’s growth.
When asked what his favourite part of his role is, Joel replies “I find it really rewarding to provide our customers with a quality floor sweepers and scrubbing machines that deliver outstanding results. I enjoy solving customers floor cleaning challenges and seeing their faces when they see the amazing results delivered by our machines.”
Joel enjoys the hardworking, dedicated culture at Conquest and comments “I have been very fortunate to have received so much support from within the company. The management team at Conquest have truly nurtured both my professional and personal growth and I look forward to many more years to come as part of the Conquest team.”
