Staff in our Shepparton office have today celebrated a special milestone with Michael Beggs, sharing morning tea to mark 5 years of continuous employment with Conquest Equipment Technologies.
Experienced in agricultural tractor repairs, Michael commenced his career with Conquest as a Field Service Technician tasked with maintaining a range of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment. Since that time, he has witnessed the significant evolution of the company and has readily adapted to new product introductions, new staff, new software and systems, office relocations, facilities expansions, and interstate business development.
Testament to his technical knowledge and customer service focus, Michael was promoted to his current position of Spare Parts Supervisor in April 2016. He makes it his priority to get the right parts out as efficiently as possible, going above and beyond to check off his to-do list.
Michael claims there is never a dull moment at Conquest. “It’s a fast-paced company, and I enjoy new challenges every day. The people I work with are highly skilled in their respective areas, and I love that there is development opportunity. It’s just a great company to work for”, Michael says.
